John Chen graduated with honors from Yale University with a BA in Economics. John began his career as an investment banker with UBS Investment Bank in New York City with a focus on technology. At UBS, John advised and arranged financing for the $4.5 billion acquisition of Travelport by Blackstone, the $1.4 billion sale of Atlanta-based Worldspan to Travelport, and the $700 million initial public offering of Orbitz Worldwide. After UBS, John joined Vector Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm with $3.3 billion in capital under management, specializing in transformational investments in established technology businesses. John subsequently joined Google, Inc. and focused on helping Google grow and manage business units at scale. After Google, John served as the founding Chief Financial Officer of MoPub, Inc, a San Francisco and New York City based technology company. Under John’s leadership, MoPub expanded headcount from 10 to over 100 worldwide as revenue grew from pre-revenue to over $100 million in revenue while achieving EBITDA profitability. John assisted in raising 3 rounds of equity capital totalling $20 million and negotiated the acquisition of MoPub by Twitter for $350 million. John is a guest speaker and contributor to the Yale Entrepreneurs and Investors Network. John also actively volunteers with Telluride Association – a Cornell University based nonprofit organization that creates and fosters educational communities that teach leadership and service through democratic participation.

Jamie Cutter is a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor. A native South Carolinian, Jamie graduated from Clemson University and later obtained his MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia where he currently resides. Jamie began his career as a commercial banker and worked with Wachovia, JPMorgan Chase and SunTrust, where he consistently ranked in the top 5% of sales production company-wide. After a successful six year stint, Jamie decided to pursue his entrepreneurial calling.
